Greenland was the Construction Manager responsible for constructing a new consolidated energy center (boiler plant, chiller plant, and related infrastructure) at the Doris Miller Medical Center in Waco, TX. The new building is approximately 17,572 SF, and provides steam and chilled water to the Medical Center campus. The project included critical utility outages to the campus (electrical, steam, chilled water, and communication) that were thoroughly planned with the project stakeholders in an effort to mitigate risk and ensure minimum downtime.
