Greenland was the Construction Manager responsible for constructing a new boiler plant at the Wm. Jennings Bryan Dorn Medical Center in Columbia, SC. The project included three new 600 HP water tube boilers and a relocated 400 HP fire tube summer boiler. It also included space for parts, maintenance, tools, training room, locker rooms, restrooms, and a breakroom for the boiler plant staff. The project was completed four months ahead of schedule.
