Greenland Enterprises has been selected as the Prime Contractor to perform district energy retrofit work at the Energy Center at the Dallas VA Medical Center.
The $9.2M contract includes a new 1,500-ton chiller, removal of four existing field-erected cooling towers, and installing six new pre-packaged stainless-steel cooling towers, new pumps, and related structural improvements. Work includes all demolition, concrete, masonry, steel, MEP, earthwork, and exterior improvements for the Central Utility Plant upgrade.
